We want to ensure our services provide the highest value to our customers. In order to provide that high level of service, we’ve found the best approach to a project is to partner with customers using agile development techniques where we work together with to define clearly define a set of product features and accurately estimate what can be done in a number of fast, feedback-oriented iterations. This philosophy precludes a traditional waterfall approach, and precludes evaluating projects from a fixed-bid alternative.

We highly stress this approach for the bidding and acceptance of any project. However, if we can’t persuade you that an agile approach will be cheapest for you in the long run, we can prepare a fixed bid contract using internal rates that build in additional risk we’d take as development partner.
